Group psychotherapy is a mirror that reflects our own struggles, allowing us to see ourselves in the stories of others.

Group Therapy

Group psychotherapy is a form of therapy where a group of people -guided by one or more experienced therapists- meets regularly to discuss thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviors. Group members share their experiences and support each other into solving personal issues and achieving personal development and growth.

One of the main advantages of group therapy is a feeling of social support and connection it provides. To the individual members, it can be particularly useful to know that other people experience the same conflicts or issues in life as they do. Group therapy is extremely useful for people that have a hard time creating or maintaining close relationships, as it can provide a safe and supportive space for practicing and developing social skills.
