Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy is a way of working with the challenges we face in life that prevent us from living an abundant, harmonious and blissful life every day. The goal is to help the client explore and fully understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors; track and deal possible problems or challenges that may cause discomfort or prevent their personal growth.

In the individual session my intention is to create a safe space, where you can explore and connect with your true self and your life task, so you can bring positive changes to your life and the world.

Working with energy (body) and consciousness (mind) we will:

  • Explore all the images, beliefs and repetitive patterns that hold us back
  • Work with boundaries, when do we say yes or no, and why
  • See how we relate to people around us and what is the reason we are drawn to certain people and situations
  • Explore the Idealized Self-Image we created in our childhood in order to survive
  • Take a look at the defenses that were created during the basic developmental stages and possible traumas that we experienced
  • Work with the concepts of the mask, lower self and higher self
  • Work with body techniques such as breathwork, grounding, charge and discharge, expression of intense emotions
  • Explore negativity, negative intention and negative pleasure
  • Invite the unconscious to consciousness
  • Work with sexuality and sexual energy
